Feedback from Mid Review

1st phase plan – by who?

consider presenting/introducing your objectives and aims earlier – before going into specific plans or implementations

very interesting area solutions! to respond the flood

other concepts seemed unclear for now – perhaps just a matter of how it is presented

very interesting project

have you thought of whether local communities would be included in the planning? and how other local stakeholders are involved?

in the 1st phase plan how des the urbanfarming areas differ from the urban farming of hillside and delta city?

nice! you presented introduced yourself!

diagnostics: analysis of the present situation : some kind is needed before you go into the solutions : gives the idea why you chose these solutions

how many people will be housed on this area – 150 000 – ok – is it reasonable? – some kind of analysis – densities

what are the land uses around the area – is this the only place to house these people or can they be housed somewhere else – why here?

delta city: is it feasible?

hillside: how much land is needed to bring from somewhere?

floating houses: nice scale: is it enough?
what about stilt houses?

sustainable slide: not easy to read: make it readable: font size

how is the transportation and infrastructure organised?

who are the people moving here: from where? their profession? education?

very good start with maps

analysis for your plan was missing?! why do you propose these changes?!
very beautiful slides!

nice pictures and ideas

can you copy paste the gant chart from project plan to the presentation at the end

you rock!

presentation was very nice – the photos were nice!

what is the budget of the massive construction project?
- difference between the common housing eg. terrace houses

what about the transport?

add a legend in the maps to explain the contents

good example of urban farming from havanna

nice illustrations

maps are really good, plan not clear and not explained

not clear speaking

not very clear how this system is organised

really nice pics

are the produces of urban farming healthy?

what are the new houses for? living, business, services?

maintenance of these green skyscrapers?

what is the main object? deal with floods? new buildings?

what do local inhabitants want?

urban farming looks nice, but it should be free choice

great work!!!

what innovative transport solutions do you propose? these were not mentioned properly in the presentation

planting green roofs and ways is environmentally very good; how about its effects on the architecture? does having too many plants on the terraces affect the possibility of having natural lighting in the rooms, which normally reduces the use of energy?

what is the project all about?

a lot of nice pictures but no figures

no plan or steps
